Q: What is your despatch time?
A: We aim to send out by the next working day after receipt of your order (other than orders placed on Saturday, which will be sent on Monday)

Q: Do you offer Express Shipping?
A: We do offer a Second Next Day Delivery in metro cities for orders placed on Monday to Friday. Please note orders need to be placed before 12pm for this service and there is an added express delivery charge.

Q: Can I get a Refund or an Exchange ?                                                                    A: Currently we do not offer refund or Exchange. We are proud that all are shipments go through 2 levels of packaging and 2 levels of inspection before dispatch.                                                                                                            Please check all details like size and the images before placing your order.

Q: Why are the buttons not all exactly the same?
A: All of the buttons here are of high quality. However because they are made from natural materials you will find that the finish and colour may vary slightly from button to button.

Q: How can I help you? Write blogs or be an influencer?                                          A: We would be delighted if you could participate in both! We are looking for bloggers who can write interesting and insightful content as well as influencers who can help us promote our products and make this admirable effort known to a large audience.
